Foi divulgada a lista completa e oficial dos indicados ao EMMY 2019, 71º edição, através dos atores Ken Jeong (Podres de rico, Community e Se beber, não case!) e D’Arcy Carden (The good place, Amizade dolorida e Barry). Entre os indicados, Game of Thrones, bateu recorde de nomeação com 32 indicações em 26 categorias, entre elas melhor série de drama e atores e atrizes do elenco, tanto principais como coadjuvantes.
A segunda série com maior número é The Marvelous Mrs.Maisel, série de comédia da Amazon com 20. Outras séries com destaques são Chernobyl (confesso que eu amei a série) e Barry.
Os resultados dos melhores da televisão entre junho de 2018 e maio de 2019, poderão ser acompanhados mundialmente no dia 22 de setembro.
